Does anyone know of a stroller repair place in Brooklyn that can try to fix a Phil & Teds? One of the straps on the back of the seat has fallen off, and before I pay $80 for a whole new seat, I'd like to see if someone can fix it.

Ummm.... our zipper broke and they sent us a whole new seat at no charge. Did you call Phil & Teds? Their customer service is supposed to be pretty good.

Yes they have great customer service. They repaired my stroller free of charge. I just paid $25 flat rate for shipping. I even got a loaner buggy in the meantime. Try emailing them..
