LOOKING FOR CHABAD COMMUNITY

We are looking to relocate in a warm Chabad community, even though we are not Chabad, but we certainly enjoy and appreciate their HASHKAFA. (I guess you could call us 'Chabad friends").

We want to send our kids to Chabad schools that would accept us and would be very reasonnable with tuition. (We could not afford more than $300 a month per kid and we have 6 in school age).

Housing should be at the most $1,000 a month for a three bedroom. Hopefully a house, as I can't imagine that an appartment complex would accept a large family as ours. (?)

Any OOT would be considered.

We have family in Monsey, so hopefully a short fly away would be the largest distance we would consider from NY.

Work is not a problem as we both work on internet.

Also, I hate freezing cold weather - if possible to avoid, then it's even better!

Would appreciate and consider any suggestions.

From what I've seen, 1000 for rent will only get you a one bedroom appartment!!! 3 bedrooms make the price go up to 1500 and I don't even live in an overpriced area.
