Does anyone have a good icing recipe that doesnt include cream of tarter marangue powder? An icing that will dry fully and can be used to ice cookies with.

Needs more water than the recipe says.
Recipe says if too thick add corn syrup - do not do this. Add water to thin, if needed. Extra corn-syrup makes it take much longer to dry.
They take 12-24 hours to dry firm.
