I made this cake, it's very simple but is delicious and nice to serve. It's called farfel cake because the crumbs on top look like farfel.

Dough:
1 cup sugar
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oil
2 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
1 egg
mix (the dough should be crumbly)

Filling: (In a small pot combine)
2/3 cup flour
1 cup coca
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 vanilla sugar
4 eggs
cook on low flame until melted.

Pat down 3/4 of the dough in a 10*15 pan. Pour over the cream and then crumble remaining dough on top. Bake on 350 for 35-40 min.

Too bad I already baked.... this looks interesting. IYH I will make it next time I bake. Thank you so much for posting, especially since it's an oil, not marg recipe! I'm copying to my files.

Did anyone else make this? I made it and it looks great but has absolutely no flavor to it. Neither the dough nor the chocolate part taste like anything. Advice?
