I ask my kids everyday what they want and then I send them.

They usually have in their sandwichs

Soy shnitzels
Soy hotdogs
cream cheese sometimes jelly on top
jelly
peanut butter and jelly or plain peanut butter
pizza
chumas
cheese/mayo
butter and garlic I wouldn't suggest this for anyone older Wink
corn shnitzel
with any of these sandwiches I add in a fruit or veg.
tomatoes cut up
cucumbers
peppers
mango
kiwi
apple
orange
you have it put it in
Sometimes if I am in the mood I make a small salad dressing and put it into a small sealable cup which the stores put tehina into and with cut up veg to dip in.

avocado with sliced tomatoes, either in a sandwhich or in chunks 2 eat as a salad.

smoked salmon, mackerel, sardines (all high in omega3)

left over chicken sliced up with lettuce and mayo makes a yummy salad, u can also add pieces of tangerine to it so they get some fruit

ask ur kids what do the other kids at the school eat?

Shoy and CL,

I already tried asking them:

What do the other kids in your class bring?

What do you want to bring?

They just say: "I donnno....." LOL

Try making the lunches with them a few times...pack the lunchbox together as an activity. Don't put the lunchboxes away until they tell you what they want for the next day...give them plenty of options from the lists above...
