I just found out im making sheva brachos in a few days. It will be about 15 people (BH not alot) and I want to make the menu easy but nice. let me know if you have any suggestions etc.

this is what I have so far:
plated salads (spring mix, cherry tomatoes, grated carrots vinaigrette dressing?)
then main course (plated)
puff pastry shells topped with meat sauce
broccoli quice
mushroom quiche
roasted peppers
chocolate cake
fruit

How about a soup too? Easy, cheap, and fulling. You might want to add pickles and a salad like cucumber or cole slaw for the tables.

I agree with the soup. its easy to make and for sure fulling.

Last time we did sheva brochos this is what we did:
Broccoli soup
meat filled puff pastries with mushroom sauce
roast chicken
salads
apple crisp
Hot brownies with whipped cream and chocolate fudge sauce
It doesn't seem alot but it was was and it was alot of work. Try to make as much ahead as you can. Alot of things can be prepared, then frozen and baked right before the meal.
