Hi, does anyone know of any place that my hubby can learn english. He speaks hebrew and understands almost everything in english. He just needs to learn to speak it correctly. We would need a place in midwood and either free or very reasonable. TIA

you can try colleges, such as brooklyn college, touro college, kingsborough college, etc.
public city colleges are less expensive than privately owned colleges, but the colleges such as touro sometimes get and offer financial aid from the government and from the college itself, so the tuition could end up being either free or very reasonable, depending on the application factors. at the same time that he's learning english, he can also be getting college credit.
