The Honey Lime Fruit Toss
I think it?s from Kraft Foods
THIS is what I'm gonna send to a simcha IYH !!!!
Drain a 20 oz can pineapple chunks, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Combine chunks, 11 or 14 oz mandarin can drained, a sliced banana, a kiwi sliced, and a cup of cut up strawberries in bowl.
Stir together your reserved juices, 1/4 tsp grated lime peel, and 2 T lime juice and 1 T honey.
Coat. Serve. Enjoy!

I'm IYH making this for a sholom zochor. I've made it for a shabbos kallah and it was finished before the cakes and other goodies.
all the fruit adds up in price, though.

Yum! This sounds delicious!! My mil gave me some cans of mandarin oranges that she had sitting around so I think I'm going to make this and add some blueberries...
