Does anyone know the lyrics to this song? I know the chorus is
It's a rainy day

All the skies are full of clouds

And I know 1 1/2 stanzas:

and thought about the rain
Why Hashem created drops of water all the same?

You got the first paragraph and the chorus right. The second paragraph is
Early in the morning at the crack of dawn
I can feel the dew Hashem has sprinkled on the lawn
