I know I should proabably just call my pediatrician and I will in the morning...but until then - how much zantac do you give? I just got the delivery from the pharmacy and it says to give 3/4 of a tsp 2x a day and that sounds like A LOT (my baby weights abt 12-13 lbs).

my baby is just over 9lbs and she gets 1.4ml 2x a day. (1tsp=5ml, I think)

Its not about how much your baby weight its how bad your baby has the acid reflux

That may be true but my doctor was trying to let me give her the max. Her reflux was really bothering her. At 9lbs 1.4ml twice a day was the most she could have.
