I am looking for a sleepaway camp for my 11 yo. I want a very wholesome, not materalistic modern crowd but also not too too nebby.
Thanks!

What does "not too nebby" mean? I find it funny that you want a camp that's not materialistic but also not too nebby. As a neb myself, I find it hard to believe that such a place exists.
And what does "modern" mean to you? Should there be a boys' camp on the same campus (many MO camps have this)? Or do you just want a lenient dress code?

I was also wondering about the not too too nebby part - does such a camp even exist?

I have never heard anyone describe anything of this nature in such a strange way. What in the world is your definition of "wholesome non materialistic but not too nebby"
Im sorry OP, but I think you should choose more descriptive wording for your post

My DD wants to go to Camp Bais Yaakov. I think it's a good blend of old fashioned fun without being extreme.
I have no idea how I'm going to afford it though...

To elaborate on what I said- From my experience, camp will be fun if your dd fits in with the crowd and is not mistreated by the other girls.
