How to rip old movies onto DVD

We want to watch chanuakah old movies from us kids. does anyone know a cheap way or a machine that I can buy or rent?

I don't know what there called, but it looks like a wheel it takes like 3 minutes to watch one roll tape. you connect it to a big machine and its shown on the wall.

where r u located? we gave our old movies to Transfer Studio on 13th ave in Boro park . They converted them to DVD
