I just bought one (over the range) & it's for milchigs. I wanted to use it to heat up my food on Y"T. Does anyone know a way to have it available without turning it on before YT & have the motore running all night (it's noisy).

Does it have a Sabbath mode?

Many ovens these days come with timers and can be started at a later time. Check the manual or type it into google.

No Sabbath mode - my big oven does. For Shavuos in the end I used Sternos & the food was great!
