This is a perfect Shabbos dessert:

1 graham cracker crust
2 containers rich's whip
1 pack of chocolate sandwich cookies

Crunch up enough cookies to fill 1/2 or 3/4 of pie crust, put inside crust, and pour thawed rich's whhip on top. Put a few more cookies on top to look fancy...freeze

SOOOO YUMMY AND EASY!!!! Takes about 1 minute to make!!!

fully defrost the whip before using, this prevents the icy texture. It really tastes like ice cream.

I make this a lot - it's really good. My kids also like it with peanut butter sandwich cookies in a choc crust. Tastes like PB ice cream!

Can you put cookies in food processor or supposed to be big pieces?

Does the cookies get mixed into the whip? because I whipped the whip, should I mix the cookies in or just leave it as a row between the crust and the whip? Please let me know ASAP as I'm making it now.

I just pour the whip over the cookies and they mix together. I don't whip the whip. If you do whip the whip (not necessary) I would fold the cookies into the whip before placing in the pie crust.

Mmm I've made this recipe before but forgotten about it-thanks for reminding me!! I don't put cookie crunch on the bottom because the crust is there. With the crust on the bottom and the cookie crunch on top the ice cream is like sandwiched between crunch. Yummy. But I've never heard of peanut butter sandwich cookies-sounds soo good. I will look for that!!

Bumping this up. Anyone add pudding mix to the whip? I heard it makes whip better but idk if it works in this case?
