I've always dreamed of going back to school for a culinary arts degree.
Is this possible for someone who keeps kosher? I assume that as part of your training you need to taste what you are preparing?

Well, the chances of us moving to Israel are actually higher than Brooklyn...but anyway, I am serious. Those programs are rather new. What about all the chefs at all the fancy kosher restaurants in NYC and around the world...they had to study somewhere...
