Can someone post a parve cheesecake recipe? I've found some recipes in my cookbooks but would like something that someone else has made and liked. Thanks!

This is my favorite cheese cake recipe!
1 1/2 containers of pareve cream cheese
1 package Rich's whip
1/2 pack of vanilla pudding powder
Graham cracker shell
capful of lemon juice.
Whip up the Rich's whip, when it's stiff add the cream cheese. Then add the vanilla pudding powder. Add lemon juice. Spoon mixture into the graham cracker shell and refrigerate.

Thank you. One question - I've never seen parve pudding mix. Is there a national brand you can recommend? This sounds delicious.

Jell-O makes pareve pudding mixes.

I have a real easy one:
1 package of parev cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
mix ingredients in blender or with a hand mixer pour into a ready made pie crust - delicious!
Here are some varieties: You can mix in choc. chips, you can put blueberry or cherry topping on top to make it fruity, you can make vanilla or choc. shaving on top to make it fancy.
Everyone loves it, tastes really good.
