I'm new to Brooklyn, and saw ads from Pic N Pay Glatt Meat on Avenue M in one of the weekly circulars. Their meat seems much cheaper than usual ($2.19 for ground beef, $4.99 for breast of veal, etc.), and unfortunately my mind jumped to lower kashrus standards.
I went in once and saw a Lubavitch-looking guy inside, I'm assuming that he was a mashgiach.

I asked the one rabbi I know if he'd heard of the R' Gavrielov they list as their mashgiach, and my rav only said he'd never heard of him.

Anybody know more?
