Oatmeal Raisin Bites
From Weight Watchers recipe that came free in the mail !
Makes 40 cookies, 2 WW points each.
1 1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup whole grain flour, wheat or spelt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup fat, any
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
You preheat your oven to 350 and grease or foil your cookie sheets.
You combine your dry ingredients and then add the wet stuff. Mix. Drop by teaspoons, about a inch apart, onto your baking sheets. Bake 9 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11 to 12 minutes for crispy cookies.
