We have a boy from here who has just spent the summer in Yeshiva in NY. He is now in CH and will be leaving from JFK airport on Monday evening. I am trying to make arrangements for him to get to the airport.
Are there any other options besides a taxi? I looked on the JFK website and all the public transportation options include many changes which will be hard for a boy whose English is not perfect and doesn't know his way around. Does anyone know of a shuttle service that would pick him up and take him for cheaper than $40? He doesn't mind leaving earlier than necessary if he has to circle NY picking others up! 
Any ideas would be great!

There are taxi sevices esp for the airport. Keter Vans I think in the Tzach list. A lot of these are $30-40. I've seen others advertized but I'm not sure where. Try Shmais.

If he is young I would take a Jewish Car service. THe black ones are cheaper but you run a risk sending a young boy in one.

heres a cheapskate idea  :
take the Ohel bus from 770, and a taxi from the Ohel.
or a car service should be cheaper than 40.

I've used it several times, it's very reliable.
I'm not sure if it leaves from Brooklyn it may only leave from Manhattan, call and check.

I paid $31 last wk but made a quick stop to pick up something. But without the stop they quoted $29.00 from union taxi on kingston.
