In my rush to clean up after YK, I stupidly threw out the mishpacha recipe supplement. Can anyone post the recipe for minute roast in the slow cooker? Thanks in advance for taking the time to do it.

Here you go. It's in Binah's supplement.
Crock-Pot Minute Roast
1 minute roast
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 cup red wine
3 stalks celery
2 Spanish onions, cut into rings
2 Tbsp oil
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1-1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
Rub the roast with salt and pepper. Place in Ziploc bag with wine and marinate for 3 hours or overnight in fridge.
Place oil, celery, and onion on bottom of crock.
In a mixing bowl, place brown sugar and vinegar and mix to dissolve sugar slightly. Add tomatoes and stir.
Add meat with wine marinade to the crock, and pour the tomato sauce mixture over the meat.
Cook on LOW for 10 hours, and then turn to the KEEP WARM setting.

Oh, and some extra liquid may be needed.
(If made in the oven, it probably won't need extra liquid.)

ra_mom, have you tried this recipe? I'm hesitating about trying it out on the in laws this week. . .
Is it very sweet, or more meaty?
