I have been baking our gefilte fish with great results.
Now that I have my own dishwasher, I don't know if I should continue using a disposable pan, I could buy a loaf pan and reuse it. (I could even foil the inside, but that doesn't matter, does it.)
Anyway, should I go glass or Teflon? Both seem to wash well in the microwave, and neither are very expensive.
Thanks.

if you want to put it in the dishwasher go glass. teflon loses its quality in the dishwasher after a while.

Glass it is. Thanks, eveyone. I guess if I want to get glass for chicken or kugel, I don't have to re ask you all..
I did notice that my Teflon stuff only lasts a few years. I wonder if it really is cheaper than disposable, since it has to be replaced..........
