It's a long story...

Well basically that I have a jean skirt "problem", namely I buy too many of them. I have probably about 15 that I don't wear, either cause I changed size, or because I have two of the same style, and always wear the other one! I tend to buy good names like Gap, or designer like Claiborne etc.

I am 5"1, so the long ones have all been shortened for my height. Some are short.

Do you ladies have any ideas for how or where I can sell them? I know ebay, and will list them there if necessary, but thought that they might particularly appeal to frum women?

Thanks for your help,

Debbie

PS: They are mostly all size 10-12

ebay is really your best bet. You might also want to try luach.com if you want to sell them all at once.

if you're in my neighborhood, I might buy one of them. I'm 5-1, too, and don't own a denim skirt - but was thinking of buying one.

How about Craigslist?
What about a consignment store? Maybe worth a try!!!

Well, if you are ever in Toronto...

I'd even give you one for free - as a fellow imamother member! ;-)

Let me know, and I'd be happy to share.

Somehow, whenever I call a consignment store, they are not taking any new clothing, or it's the wrong season etc - just not much luck there for me! Also, they ask that everything be drycleaned on hangers. I feel like that would be a huge expense for possible no gain - who dry-cleans jean skirts anyway??!

But if all else fails, I suppose I could re-visit consignment stores.

THanks for the suggestions Smile
