I have a jar of it that I want to use up. Any ideas would be great although I would preferably like to use it on chicken.

I just pour it over chicken and bake at 350 for 1.5 hours. It's one of DH's favorite chickens. I also pour it over flanken and it's awesome. I also put it in my cholent it gives it a real kick.
