I think a dr/psychiatrist would do the actual diagnoses, can probably get a refferal from your primary care physician.
if he will be diagnosed with ADHD, then treatment/therapy can be in school, private at home, or in a clinic. your dr can probably tell u more.

My son was evaluated privately for learning problems by a frum woman recently. While she did not really think my son had ADD, she gave me a name of a person she recommends for ADD/ADHD evaluations, in case I wanted to consult with him, I never ended up going but here is the name
Jeffrey Wallach, LSW 917-502-0762.
Also if u want so books to read on ADD/ ADHD two IMHO great books are
delivered from distraction

There is someone Dr. Hassan. I think he is a neurologist but he can diagnose and treat adhd. im not sure what his number is but his office is located on ave. z. he is really nice.
