What can I make to serve with a mushrooam-broccoli quiche tonight for supper? I sometimes make soup--but its too hot, and no salad in the house. Any ideas?

I know it's probably too late, but I think the meal needs a protein - I'd probably do some sort of fish to go with the quiche.

Eggs are protein, not sure why more protein would be needed.
I'd do something like mashed potatoes or oven fries with it.
