I recentl y dropped up something at a shuls office (not my shul)

one of the members was in the office he reached out his hand to shake mine!
What do you women do ? who are in the work force
and have to shake hands?

Some rabbis allow hand shaking for professional reasons or if the person is already extending his hand towards you.
