Is it only Lubavich? What about schools, shuls, mikvah, kosher food, community center? Housing? Type of community as far as $tandard of living for non jewish too.

I had a friend in seminary from there. She was not Lubavitch, she went to Bruriah. she once told me that there wasn't much there if you're not Lubavitch I think her parents lived there before they were frum and never moved, I believe that there is one small Young Israel type shul, but that's about it (if you're not Lubavitch). I don't think that there are any non-Lubavitch schools in the area.

come on its north jersey. There are many other none Lubavitch schools within a 30 mintues drving distance.
I have not lived there but considered it at one time. Its expensive. Its beautiful. an about 45 mintues to NYC.

it's very very expensive. and the whole community revolves aroudn the yeshiva.
