I would like to make "crab" cakes because I got a great recipe but I am in the country and don't know who sells it here. I would prefer Monticello or Fallsburg if anyone knows a store. I already called Ichud/Satmar grocery and they don't have.

Laundaus in South Fallsburg should have, if they don't sell it their sushi place will or call any place that sells sushi next to you

Simply sushi is also in monticello-not far from ichud. They might be able to sell you kani-you can call and ask them.
