I need to be picked up early morning (like 6 a.m. from an ElAl flight.) I need to be brought to Brooklyn. I need recommendations for a car service who is reasonably priced and reliable . I would like to make arrangements prior to my flight or call right away when I land.

There are always taxis available outside. Car Services for the most part don't like picking up people because the person might not be there and they waste all that time getting there.

The cabs at the airport are NYC taxi cabs. They charge the same rate per mile/minute as all other NYC taxi cabs. You just get on the taxi line outside the airport (which always moves quickly) and grab a cab. It's possible that you may spend a little more than with a private livery service, but it's simple, reliable, and you don't need to plan ahead.

You can call Church car service before hand. They will probaly tell you to call again when you land.
