I want to bake chicken on rice (maybe w/ some broccoli as well) & freeze the whole thing so I can just pull a complete dinner out of the freezer. Will the rice taste ok when defrosted? If so, how do I go about it? TIA!!

I've done it and it tastes fine. I take out the frozen pan in the morning so it can defrost before heating it up for dinner (about a half hour at 350). Otherwise, if you put it into the oven frozen it can take as long as 2 hours to fully reheat.

I've frozen rice before and added it to chicken. It's been fine. I don't think we'd like it your way.
