Marinade:
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. mustard
4 T. dry white wine
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 T. chili sauce
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. paprika
Directions:
Cut chicken piees in half lengthwise. Mix marinade ingredients together. Marinate chicken pieces in fridge for a few hours.
Prepare mashed potatoes.
Heat 2 T. of oil in a grill pan. Shake of excess marinade and sear in the grill pan for 4 minutes on each side (6-8 min. if using boneless thighs).
Serve chicken on top of a mound of mashed potatoes.
