Have you ever heard of Eliana spelled with an alef in the middle instead of an ayin?
Would that mean "my G-d, Please" instead of "my G-d answered"? Or would you then need an alef instead of a heh at the end? And would that be weird?

I had a student named eliana she spelled it aleph in beg, ayin in middle and heh at end. Putting aleph at the end would look weird..
