It's all over the news in Israel. Our soldier, Gilad Shalit, who has been in captivity for 5 years (more, actually) is going to be released after the approval of a prisoner-exchange deal. Reports are that it's a done deal, and Gilad is coming home soon - possibly within the next few days.
Can we believe reports?
I'm skeptical, based on past incidents.
However, I believe that with the power of our TEFILLOT, we can tip the scales to our benefit and make sure GILAD COMES HOME.
Please, take a moment from your busy day and PRAY. THINK about Gilad coming home to his family. Ask Hashem to make it happen. Hashem is listening.
Gmar tov to us all, and to Gilad and his family in particular.
TIA.

Wow, it's really actually happening? What a miracle - that would be amazing!!!!!
I am so, so, so happy for the Shalit family.
Tamiri's right, if the plan will go through successfully depends on our Tefillos.

I see it like this - don't hold your breath yet till we see him standing there, alive and out of captivity, and not in ch'v another state completely.
And regarding the 1,000+ reshaim that they are releasing, let's just say that hopefully each one will find his or her end in a "work accident,' saving the Israeli tax payer an awful lot of money.

They should have been executed when they were tried, instead of housing and feeding them for so many years in jail.

I made challah for yt today, just thinking of him the whole time. I can barely breathe waiting to see what happens. Dh says he's to be released sometime within the next few hours.
