I just bought this. How do you cook it?
It's in big chunks, looks very lean.
Please NOT a cholent or anything requiring a cholent pot (If it has to be stewed it needs to be something I can make tomorrow in a few hours and serve for Yom Tov or Erev Shabbat.)
Also please nothing too complicated or with very unusual ingredients.
(Although I bought pomegranate sauce to use for something, so if anyone knows a recipe with that I have it!)

Chuck or Chach? Chuck is #2, I am not sure what Chach is. In any event, I don't think either of them is katef which is #4 and #5/

Its just Ketef Bakar.
But online I found that "beef shoulder" in English is called "chuck" in US English-- thats why I wrote that.
