I'm going to apply for my Child Health Plus for my child. I was told that there is a choice between several different insurance providers (United Health Plus, Empire, etc.) and was wondering if anyone can tell me the differences between them and the pros/cons of them? I'm a bit overwhelmed by the decision.

I chose empire, I think it has better dental coverage. The best thing to do is call your pediatrician & dentist and and ask them. Good luck!
