| Does anyone have a good chicken stuffing recipe for a whole chicken? Pref. something that doesn't involve challah...

Is matza ok?
Saute a lot of veges (onions, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, garlic) with salt and peper. add matza and chicken soup and mush it all together. Then fill the cavity.

do you only fill the cavity or also stuff some under the skin?
