My Mother in law gave me a recipe that is ridiculously easy:
Melt some chocolate chips in the microwave for about a minute, maybe 2, but dont overdo it. Then stir and add in some PB. Pour it into a loaf pan lined with wax paper & put it in the fridge. Cut it into squares after it hardens & place squares in a container lined with wax paper.
I put in about 12 oz of chips & 6 oz of PB... but you could adjust the portions to your liking.
It's awesome for Shabbos!!

I do that over stove top on low heat mix peanut butter in also and make sefer torah loolipops etc for the kids and myself too um yum
