my 2 1/2 year old will be having his tonsils and adenoids removed. Do any of you have any experience in taking out the full tonsils vs. leaving a small percentage behind? the ENT suggests the full removal but is willing to do a partial removal if that is what I want. I heard that the recovery on a partial removal is much easier. Any experience?
