Sounds like the family is fine B'H, but if anyone knows who they are, please tell them that if they are stuck in Albany for Shabbos, my husband and I are willing to help in any way possible. We are about 1.5 miles from Albany Medical Center, or about 1 mile from St. Peters, depending on where they are (all in the eruv) so they can even stay at our house if they need to and be close enough to walk if a family member is still at the hospital.
Please PM me with their info if you know them and they need help over Shabbos
