Spice Rubbed Chicken
From Prevention magazine
Chicken, any kind
Potatoes , optional
Spice – Cajun rub or other (I used a 21 seasoning from Trader Joe)
Oil
Limes
Garlic
Heat oven to 400 deg and coat your pan with oil. Add your chicken and surround with potatoes. Drizzle the lemon and lime over chicken and rub as per directions. Bake until done.
