my 3.5 year old woke up at 6am sunday morning and threw up
he was fine the whole day and threw up right before he went to bed.
Today he was home because school was closed and was fine the whole day.
He went to bed tonight and about 10 minutes later he woke up and threw up.
What is this? otherwise he is fine
should I send him to school tomorrow?

Please don't send him to school. Could be stomach virus or strep.
