I did an 'orange you glad its purim' one year.
I made hamantashen with orange marmalade inside and drizzled orange coloured icing on top. Gross tasting but looked nice. I tried adding orange food colouring to the dough but that didnt work.

butternut squash muffins
sweet potato cake.
or you can make regular cookies and put a drop of orange (mixed red and yellow) coloring in the dough. Orange cookies
