I did an 'orange you glad its purim' one year.
I made hamantashen with orange marmalade inside and drizzled orange coloured icing on top. Gross tasting but looked nice. I tried adding orange food colouring to the dough but that didnt work.

I have a recipe for orange almond muffins that are delicious. Let me know if you want the recipe.

carrot muffins
orange cake
butternut squash muffins
sweet potato cake.

or you can make regular cookies and put a drop of orange (mixed red and yellow) coloring in the dough. Orange cookies Smile
