I have been running with my almost 3 year old to find out why shes always congested today the her new ENT tould me its prob non allergic rhinitis bec all her allery tsts came back ok. I am coserdring taking her off milk for a few weeks to see what happens. as of now I have a squeze bottle think to clean out the nose and then floanise to see if that helps

I had non allergic rhinitis as a teenager. It went away, not sure exactly when, but I know I dont have now and I'm off dairy...

My 8 yr old ds has this. all his allergy tests came back negative. something that is really working well for him the past two months or so, is nasonex. unfortunately it's not so cheap - about $30-40 for a 3 month supply. Maybe try that. Anything else we tried did not do the trick.
