Do they help? I find that my wrists begin to ache when I type.
Any suggestions? _________________ If you can't change the way the wind is blowing - redirect the sails...

I don't need anything for my wrists, becuase I learned how to touch type and type with my arms straight and my wrists straight. The only bend is the tips of my fingers

Thanks su7kids, I'll try that.
I also touch type but until now I have been resting my wrists on the keyboard while typing. Are you supposed to keep your hands parallel while typing too? I suppose I would need to change my keyboard for that.
Does one of those ergonomic keyboards help or is it a pain to get used to them?

Personally, I cannot type on an ergonomic keyboard. Its against the way I learned to type 35 years ago, and I type properly.
The only "resting" my hand does is on the mouse pad, and it does hurt sometimes.
You should try to keep your wrists ABOVE the wrist rest.

I have an ergonomic keyboard and it's not hard to get used to it. it was definitely easy for me bec. I don't look at the keyboard at all when I type..
I actually had a hard time finding a wrist rest for the curved keyboard and a few weeks ago I bought a wiereless keyboard and mouse from walmart. so I put away that one.
I had bought the ergonomic keyboard and wrist rests because I had Carpal Tunnel.. at age 22.. I needed surgeries on both hands. now I'm fine B"H. but with the new keyboard my wrists still hurt bec. they are leaning on the corner of the table.
Oh Yay! I do have an old gel straight wrist rest. Im using that now. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wCJdhBs/]
