I fell and sprained my ankel very badly. Does someone have a teenage daughter that may be able to come over on shabbos to help me out with my kids so my husband can go to shul?

Maybe call the Bikur Cholim and/or high school and see if a couple of girls can help you? (If there are 2 it's easier and more fun for them.)
