I often make diff types of chickpea salads.
Sauteed chickepeas - Heat up 1-2 tsp. oil in a frying pan. when it's hot, add 1 can of drained chickepeas and let it saute. Mix often and when they are golden and crispy, add some seasoned salt and granulated garlic. Serve hot and fresh. mmmmm!
Seraph has a recipe for chickpea burgers on her blog.
Homemade falafel is always good!
I would also love more ideas.
