Many year ago (maybe 20) I saw a recipe in a cookbook (maybe in Spice and Spirit) for a rolled up (like a jelly roll) potato and sweet potato roll up. Does anyone have such a recipe? Please post if you do. If you can write Pesach substitutions for any chamatz items, it would be greatly appreciated. Also tips on the best way to do this (so it doesn't fall apart).
Thanks, Chana

Thanks ra mom and ez pass this is the recipe.
Questions: 1. should egg be added to the potatoes to hold together better?
2. can I freeze, slice , then freeze slices in seperate stacks?
3. have you tried it, does it REALLY hold together?
Thanks for all your help

Chana | [b]It doesn't seem to need egg.
You can definitely freeze, slice, then place back in freezer. Heat fresh.
I haven't tried it, but I see that this recipe is pretty popular online. See more links below.
There's a review here.
