Whenever my WW challa goes uneaten, I process it into breadcrumbs.

Now I'm stuck with several ziploc bags of breadcrumbs, and nothing to do with it....

Any ideas? (Besides for meatballs, which I rarely cook...)
thanks! Laughing Very Happy

what about fish patties - tuna or salmon - I always use breadcrumbs for that. Also maybe next time make croutons, french toast or bread pudding this way the challa has a variety.

I like the patties idea...My challa is baked in a meat oven so I cant use it for any dairy recipes like french toast ( but yum..wouldnt that be heavenly??....)

Thanks all! I made the meatloaf last night, had this: http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/summer-squash-gratin-recipe.html Sunday night, and we'll have breaded shnitzel with broccoli tomorrow (tonight's a break from so much heaviness...and then I think I can throw the rest out guilt free Wink
