Yes as long it's a new box (some boxes are marked OUP but even if it isn't marked OUP, it doesn't require a hechsher).

R' Blumenktrantz, cRc & Star-K all say any baking soda is okay as long as it is a new container.

I'd hate to buy a box of Gefen or something for a tsp or 2. At least if I buy Arm & Hammer I know I will use it after Pesach too.
